Have you decided you'd like to use Agile in your company, but don't know how to get started?  Or have you had some success, but you'd like to take it to the next level?  In this presentation Bob will discuss the role of the agile evangelist in making the successful transition to agile.  You'll get a chance to decide for yourself if this is a role you'd like to take on and, if it is, some of the steps you can take to be effective.
